Civillian model, these are commercially exported so they are NOT military issued. The full molle panels on front and back allow you to add any type of pouch large or small in any configuration you like. There is webbing with enough space for hydration packs in the back and the webbing found in both chest panels are perfect for carrying smaller documents or even light armor protection.
